Leo Liu is the Principal of Bemaya Group’s Los Altos and London offices. He is the co-founder of two technology companies, a business advisor, and a California-licensed attorney. Mr. Liu advises global companies on matters related to marketing and sales, corporate structuring, technology licensing, and corporate governance. He also serves as an Executive Member of the Chinese American Lawyers of the Bay Area (CALOBA), an organization committed to fostering mutual understanding and dialogue between U.S. and Chinese legal professionals.
